Sacramento Synchro Swim Team (SSS)

Sacramento Synchronized Swim Team is a 501c-3 non-profit, year round, nationally ranked swim team registered with United States Synchronized Swimming and the only competitive team serving the Sacramento Area

Sacramento Synchro is dedicated to the welfare of our swimmers and to the success of the team as a whole. Swimmers of all abilities and all ages can participate. There is a program for everyone:

Recreational: Sea Stars Recreational Team

Non-competitive

Focus on the FUNdamentals of Synchro

3 month sessions; no routine assignments

All age groups to Masters (20+)

Developmental: Novice & Intermediate Team

Introduction to competition

One-two routine assignments

Opportunity to advance full-competitive/Age Group

Full-year commitment after December 31

Focus on developing more advanced skills after good fundamentals are developed

Competitive: Age Group, Junior/Senior Teams
